About Newsdeck
News, decked. Every story distilled to a 30-second TL;DR and streamed to a live deck you control.
Why we built it
The news is noisy, repetitive, and exhausting. Newsdeck cuts through it: we scan the web's most trusted sources across roughly 40 topics — from AI and science to markets, gaming, geopolitics and cybersecurity — and turn each story into a short, plain "TL;DR" plus a slightly longer read, with a link straight to the original. No infinite scroll, no doom-loop.
What makes it different
- It's live. Your deck updates the moment our crawler ingests a matching story — no refresh needed.
- Build your own Tracking Deck. Pin up to three topics, brands or technologies and get a custom multi-column feed of just those.
- Summaries from our own engine. The TL;DRs and ranking come from an in-house language model that learns what matters per topic over time — not a per-article call to someone else's API.
- React and discuss. Like the stories you love and weigh in with a comment; the community's reactions shape what trends.
- Less doom & gloom. We surface what's interesting and useful, and encourage further reading at the source.
